材料
- 卵 3個
- 塩 小1/2
- そうめんつゆ 200ml
- TABASCO®スコーピオンソース お好みの量
作り方
- 冷蔵庫にあった卵を沸騰している湯に７分間茹でる。塩を入れる。
- 卵の殻を剥いておく。
- 麺つゆとTABASCO®スコーピオンソースを入れたジップロックに冷めた卵を３時間位入れ、なじませる。
